  Keep it confidential. Protect sensitive info shared between you and your client—no leaks, just trust.

  Always available. Clients can call on you whenever they need—no hours or days locked, just expert guidance when required.
• [Premium] Service Level Agreement (SLA):
  Performance guaranteed. Set clear standards for response times and service quality, so clients know you’ve got it covered.

Indemnity

By using the Pack, the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSS Wizardry Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) the use or misuse of any documents provided in the Pack;

(b) the customisation or adaptation of the documents by the user;

(c) any legal disputes or claims arising from the user’s reliance on the documents without obtaining appropriate legal or professional advice;

(d) failure to ensure the documents comply with local laws and regulations in the user’s jurisdiction;

(e) any third-party claims or disputes arising from the use of the documents, including but not limited to claims of misrepresentation, negligence, or breach of contract.

Limitation of Liability

CSS Wizardry Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the use of the Pack, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of CSS Wizardry Ltd. under any circumstances shall not exceed the price paid for the Pack (if applicable).

No Warranty

The Pack is provided ‘as is’, without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Users are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the documents for their specific legal and business needs and for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
